Cricex is strictly for individuals aged 18 years and above. Anyone below this age is prohibited from registering or placing bets. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet this requirement before creating an account.
Each player is allowed only one Cricex account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited. Account sharing, transfer, or sale to another person is not permitted under any circumstances.
Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. We support JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, and mobile wallets in PKR. Third-party funding is not accepted.
All bonuses and promotional offers come with specific wagering requirements and time limits. Attempting to abuse bonus systems — including matched betting using Cricex promotions — may result in account suspension and bonus cancellation.
Any attempt to manipulate outcomes, exploit software bugs, use bots or automated tools, or engage in collusion with other players will result in immediate account closure. Cricex reserves the right to void any bets placed in bad faith.

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the Cricex platform (accessible at cricex.vin), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of the platform including visitors, registered members, and active players.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should stop using the platform immediately and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.
These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Cricex.
To register and use the Cricex platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
Cricex reserves the right to ask for proof of age at any point. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, access to your account and any pending withdrawals may be suspended until verification is complete.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one Cricex account. If we detect more than one account registered to the same person — whether by name, phone number, payment method, device, or IP address — all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited pending investigation.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. This includes your full name, a valid phone number, and any other details required during the signup process. Cricex may request identity verification documents at any time as part of standard account management.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone, and do not allow others to access your account. Cricex will never ask you for your password via chat, email, or any other channel.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed by someone else, contact our support team immediately. Cricex is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You may request to close your Cricex account at any time by contacting our support team. Cricex also reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in violation of these terms, used for fraudulent activity, or associated with prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
All transactions on Cricex are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and are displayed at the time of deposit.
Deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. Cricex will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is found to have originated from an account not registered in your name, it may be reversed and your account placed under review.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification checks. Cricex aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly, but processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Cricex reserves the right to request identity documents before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide the requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being delayed or cancelled.
All balances, bets, bonuses, and payouts are denominated in PKR. Cricex does not charge internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own charges. You are responsible for any fees imposed by your bank or mobile wallet provider.
A bet is considered confirmed only once you receive a bet confirmation reference on the platform. Until that point, no wager has been accepted. Cricex is not responsible for bets that were not successfully placed due to connectivity issues, device failure, or insufficient account balance.
Cricex offers betting on a wide range of sports and events including cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, football, and esports. Markets may include pre-match, in-play, and special event wagering. All available markets are displayed within the Sports and Bet sections of the platform.
Bets are settled based on official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g. the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic fixtures, or the ICC for international matches). In the event of a postponement, abandonment, or result reversal, Cricex will apply its standard event settlement rules which are detailed within each specific market.
If an error occurs in the display of odds — whether due to a technical fault or human error — Cricex reserves the right to void affected bets and return the stake to the player's account. We will notify affected players where reasonably possible.
Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are subject to change and are displayed within the relevant betting markets. Bets that exceed the stated maximum win limit will be paid up to that limit only, with the excess voided.
Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible registered players as specified in each individual promotion. Cricex reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion, including where there is evidence of bonus abuse or where eligibility requirements are not met.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, time limit, eligible games, and minimum odds applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion's own terms. Players are responsible for reading these before accepting a bonus.
Cricex has a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using matched betting strategies that exploit promotional offers, placing low-risk bets to artificially meet wagering requirements, or using software to gain an unfair advantage.
Where bonus abuse is detected, Cricex may cancel the bonus and any associated winnings, and may suspend or permanently close the account involved. Cricex's decision in such cases is final.
All bonuses expire as stated in their individual terms. Expired bonuses and any winnings generated from them will be removed from your account automatically. Cricex is not obliged to issue reminders before a bonus expires.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Cricex platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any remaining balance:
All content on the Cricex platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, user interface design, game software, text, and code — is the intellectual property of Cricex or its licensed providers. Nothing on this platform grants you any right to use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any such content without express written permission.
You are permitted to access and view the platform for personal, non-commercial use only. Any unauthorised use of Cricex's intellectual property is a breach of these terms and may also constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.
Cricex provides the platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. We reserve the right to carry out scheduled and emergency maintenance at any time, during which access to the platform may be temporarily unavailable.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cricex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of earnings, or loss of opportunity.
Cricex is not responsible for technical failures caused by your internet connection, device, or any third-party service. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and connection are suitable for accessing the platform.
Nothing in these terms limits Cricex's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
Cricex collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at cricex.vin/privacy-policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.
We collect data including your name, contact details, device information, and transaction history primarily to operate your account, process payments, prevent fraud, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, and to request corrections where that data is inaccurate. Contact our support team to make such a request.
Cricex believes that gaming should be enjoyable entertainment — nothing more. We are committed to providing tools and resources that help players stay in control of their activity. This includes the option to set personal deposit limits, session time reminders, and temporary or permanent self-exclusion.
